Once inside the assessment center, you will be observed by a group of assessors who will score your performance.  Our scoring scale ranges from a 1 (poor) up to a 10 (Outstanding).   A score of 5 in a measured dimension indicates the candidate is "average" and that the dimension skill that was measured was somewhat equally divided between effective and ineffective.  A score of 10 would indicate that the candidate's score was nearly all effective with hardly any ineffective actions.  On the opposite end of the scoring scale, a 1 would indicate that the candidates actions were nearly all ineffective with hardly any effective actions.  With a standard assessment center with five exercises and five measured dimensions, on average, a maximum score of approximately 115 is possible.  If a candidate were to score a 115, their final score would be 100%
